Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-03-22T15:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-03-22T15:48:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
HAL: Halo CME
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
Note: This CME is faint but visible as a partial halo directed towards the southeast in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 imagery. It is observed as a faint far-sided halo in STEREO A COR2 imagery. The source is likely far-sided, and may be related to faint field line movement visible far beyond the southeast limb in GOES SUVI 284 imagery starting around 2025-03-22T14:35Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type

This event is likely far-sided and the source location is unknown. The measured parameters may vary as a result. 1: Result 1 (5.5 AU)

The measured parameters may vary greatly as the bulk portion of this event is difficult to distinguish in STEREO A COR2 imagery. Additionally, this event is likely far-sided so there is no source location to confirm the measured parameters. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
OSIRIS-APEX = 2025-03-24T07:00Z
